Our team and commitment to boutique-level service remain the same. Our clients and candidates will continue to work with the outstanding team they know and trust. Most importantly, our dedication to delivering unparalleled solutions, quality, and speed will not only remain but grow under our new name.

Committed, experienced partners leading the charge
Our managing partners, Jim Dimovski and Kevin Jeewan, have a combined 19 years of experience at Lannick and are excited to continue their leadership of our team as we become Vaco Lannick.
Dimovski has 25 years of professional experience, with 18 years in progressive roles in the recruiting and staffing industry. Dimovski specializes in building and maintaining high-performing teams and providing strategic solutions to address the ever-changing business needs of its clients, including introducing Vaco’s global family of brands.

Jeewan leads our Client Services’ team and specializes in building solid relationships with clients across the GTA. Jeewan plays an integral role in the growth and success of Lannick and will maintain this role as we become Vaco Lannick.

So far this year, we have set all-time monthly placement records in February, March and May — engaging top talent with top business in the GTA. We also set an all-time quarterly placement record in Q1 of 2021 and are on pace to do the same for Q2!”
