Jim has more than 20 years of professional work experience with 14 of those years in progressive roles within the recruitment and staffing industry. He is accountable for the company’s operations including the planning and tactical execution of Lannick’s strategic business objectives.
Areas of responsibility include overseeing the recruitment services teams, performance management and business intelligence, lead generation, people management and development, employee reward and recognition programs, brand management, online strategy, process improvement and operational efficiency, risk management, expense control, and overseeing all legal matters.
Other responsibilities include IT systems, shared services, payroll, A/R, A/P, property management, vendor management, strategic alliance programs, and all duties related to the Office of the Corporate Secretary.
Prior to joining Lannick, Jim worked at leading organizations including Chartered Professionals Accountants of Ontario, and three Fortune 500 companies: General Electric, United Parcel Service, and a global recruitment and risk consulting firm.
