Phillip Patterson has more than 15 years of professional work experience at Big 4 accounting firms. Throughout his career, Phillip has provided counsel to senior finance executives representing world-class organizations including Boston Consulting Group, Citigroup, H.J. Heinz, Johnson & Johnson, McCain Foods, Morgan Stanley, Norwich, Pitney Bowes, Royal Bank of Canada, and Templeton Investments.
Phillip has utilized his extensive consulting expertise to develop top-rate internal training programs and has played an integral role in the internal recruitment process. He has travelled to more than 55 countries and was the first Canadian employee from Deloitte to go on an assignment to India. Phillip holds an Honours Bachelor of Accounting Degree from Brock University and received his CPA, CMA designation in 2001.
As Vice President of Client Relations, Phillip is responsible for partnering with Lannick Group’s highly reputable operating divisions (Lannick Finance & Accounting, Pro Count Staffing, Lannick Technology) to reconnect with past clients, enhance current client relationships by fostering customer loyalty, and help secure new business by delivering best-in-class recruitment and staffing solutions to Canada’s leading organizations.
