Lannick has been acquired by Vaco, a leading talent acquisition and consulting firm focusing in the areas of accounting, finance, IT, administration and executive search. This acquisition will support our ambition for growth and expansion while enabling us to continue providing industry-leading staffing and recruitment services for our valued client companies and candidates.
As Canada’s largest regional finance and accounting specialist firm, Lannick has experienced rapid growth in recent years. In 2017, we are poised to make 1,200+ permanent, temporary and contract placements across the Greater Toronto Area. Lannick is Vaco’s biggest acquisition to date and marks their entry into the Canadian market. Vaco is a privately-held firm based in Nashville, Tennessee with projected revenue for 2017 of $458M USD.
One thing that will not change is the same standard of boutique-firm treatment you have come to expect from Lannick. As always, we will continue our tradition of delivering unparalleled fit, quality and speed in hiring.
Please note the following:
- Your Recruiter and/or Client Services Associate(s) at Lannick and/or Pro Count Staffing will not change. Our entire team is being retained in their current roles.
- We will continue to operate from our existing Greater Toronto Area offices and will retain our downtown Toronto headquarters in the heart of the financial district.
- It will be business as usual. Our operating entities (Lannick Finance & Accounting, Pro Count Staffing, Lannick Technology) will not change.
- You will soon learn more about the benefits of Lannick being part of the global Vaco family.
