Finance Manager
About the Opportunity
- Build and develop the finance functions
- Create and enhance key reports that capture main drivers of success
- Financial analysis to help drive strategic and operational decision-making
- Prepare and review various financial information and analytics to ensure the accuracy of reporting
- Assist in the consolidation of the company financial results
- Review analysis for Monthly, Quarterly and Year-End reporting
- Assist with changes to processes and implementing month-end reporting packages
- Maintain all accounting records within the General Ledger and Sub-ledgers
- Coordinate internal/external audit activities, review and analyze results
- Review and sign off on financial accounts and full reconciliations
- Manage a team of direct reports
About You
- CPA, CA
- 5-7 years of progressive work experience with a mix of public accounting and industry experience
- Strong working knowledge of financial reporting, exposure to IFRS and strong analytical skills
- People management experience
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong internal controls and process improvement experience
