Today is an extremely proud day for me as we announce the launch of Lannick Project Recruitment (LPR), a division of Lannick, a Toronto-based professional recruitment and staffing firm founded in 1985.
Over the past decade, I have had the pleasure to work in a variety of capacities serving the HR community, including HRIS sales, training and development, talent and career management, and of course, recruitment. While workplaces have evolved, recruitment strategy has often lagged behind. It’s become clear to me that organizations want and need alternatives to standard recruiting practices.
When business changes present themselves — for the good or the bad — Talent Acquisition challenges are soon to follow, and one-size-fits-all recruitment solutions aren’t always the answer. Over the years I’ve spent a lot of time developing a recruitment process that is deeply rooted in Project Management principles. The result is a process that is as flexible, scalable and commercially viable as the challenges our clients, prospects and friends encounter in their own businesses.
