2017 Pro Count Staffing Year in Review

Pro Count Staffing was founded in 2007 with a mission to place the most qualified support professionals in the Greater Toronto Area with clients across a variety of industries. What began as a junior recruitment practice to complement the esteemed Lannick Finance & Accounting brand has grown into a progressive leader in Toronto’s junior-to-intermediate level staffing marketplace.

We love numbers at Lannick, so I thought I’d share a few with you to highlight what’s been happening at Pro Count Staffing over the past year:

  • 500 – By the end of December, we’ll have placed 500 candidates in temporary and permanent positions in 2017. This is the most important number for the Pro Count team. The people this number represents are precious to us – 500 people that were able to find meaningful work, bridge employment gaps, gain new skills and improve their lives. We are so grateful that this number has grown from the 100 candidates we placed in 2007, and we are excited to positively influence even more lives in 2018!
  • 19 – Client Services and Recruitment Associates working in Pro Count Staffing. With a specific focus on the junior-to-intermediate recruitment space, our collaborative specialists are specifically screened for ambition, drive, business acumen, and attention to detail. Our team works faster and harder than any other firm in the city.
  • 60 – Years of cumulative experience possessed by our Associates and Managers. We listen to our candidates and clients, and we’ve heard that recruiter turnover is a huge pet peeve. While the junior-to-intermediate recruitment space typically has very high turnover, Pro Count Staffing has been able to retain the most talented team in Toronto.
  • 70 – Pro Count Staffing is overseen by Lannick’s Senior Leadership team, who boast over 70 years of combined experience in Finance, Accounting, and Technology recruitment.
  • 5,000 – New candidates added to our database of over 150,000 professionals in the Greater Toronto Area. We work tirelessly to identify and meet new candidates so that we can provide our clients with the best junior talent the market has to offer.
  • 60,000 – Calls made by our Associates to inform our candidates about new job opportunities. Our team gets to the market early and often!
  • 225 – The overall growth percentage of Pro Count Staffing since the beginning of 2014. Our temporary and permanent placement practices have more than doubled, with no signs of slowing down.
  • 10 – Amazing years of Pro Count Staffing, and here’s to many more!
