How Would You Answer These Sample Interview Questions?

Interviews are stressful. To stay organized and successfully articulate your answers, we recommend using the “STAR” format:
  • Situation: What was the situation? Give as many contextual details as you can
  • Task: What did you have to do?
  • Action: How did you do it? What strategies did you utilize?
  • Result: What was the outcome? Quantify the results whenever possible
