How do I search for a job?
- Go to http://jobs.lannickgroup.com to view all of our open roles
- Use filters (specialization, employment) and keywords to search for positions that match your criteria
How can I apply for a specific job?
- Click the title of the job you want to apply for
- Click the blue “Apply Now” button and complete the subsequent form in its entirety
How can I apply for a job using a mobile device?
- On your mobile device, select the title of the job you want to apply for
- Follow the prompts and complete the application form
- Upload your resume via the email link we send you. The email will be titled “Reminder – Upload your Resume”
How can I apply for multiple positions?
There are no limits on how many jobs you can apply for. Please note that you must complete the application process in its entirety for each job. To increase your chances of being contacted for an interview, only apply for jobs once you have confirmed that you meet all of the requirements.
How can I submit my resume to your database (not a specific job)?
- Go to http://jobs.lannickgroup.com
- Click “Register With Us” on the right sidebar menu
- Complete the form and upload your resume
What happens after I submit my resume?
Once you upload your resume, it is added to our database and becomes searchable by all Lannick and Pro Count Staffing recruiters.
When can I expect to hear from you?
We know that many job seekers expect Professional Recruitment and Staffing Firms to secure employment for them immediately; however, that’s not always possible. Our dedicated team of Client Services Associates work with Canada’s leading companies to identify new opportunities on a daily basis. Once a job order is received we get to work right away. This includes submitting candidate profiles to Hiring Managers that meet their specific requirements while also taking the candidate’s needs into consideration. As a result, you will only be contacted once an opportunity that is a near perfect fit for both sides is identified.
How can I check the status of my application?
You will receive a confirmation email indicating we have received your application. Once your resume is in our database, we will actively consider your profile for all suitable opportunities. You will only be contacted by a Lannick recruiter if we identify a role that is a good fit for you.
How can I refer someone?
Email email@example.com and include the contact information and resume (if possible) for the person you are referring. To be eligible for a Referral Bonus, the candidate must not already be known by Lannick at the time of hiring.
